(The, It’s a Sore Fight Prologue is below)
Rab Abel's story reflects the modern human condition, where technology, societal pressures, and personal demons collide, leaving us to question what is real, what is imagined, and what truly matters. It is a story for those who dream, who question, and who seek answers in a world that rarely offers clear resolutions. In the end, Rab's journey is a reminder that sometimes, the only truth we can hold onto is the one we create for ourselves, in the space between reality and our dreams.
Now, the final choice lies in Rab’s hands. The fate of humanity rests on the decision he makes on return from the edge of the universe. This is Rab’s story, the story of how he (maybe) became the saviour of the world.

Amazon - Aviation in Perthshire -
A historical exploration of awe-inspiring aviators, their wartime contribution, Perthshire airfield history, facts, and memorable local events.
A special edition of the aviation stories with links to Perthshire. All of the profits from the sale of this book go directly to Take Off (www.take-off.org.uk). This is an aviation centred charity, founded and run by members of the Scottish Aero Club (www.scottishaeroclub.org.uk).
This volume tells the stories of 15 First World War aviators with Perthshire links and over 90 from the Second World War which includes 7 Battle of Britain heroes. All of Perthshire’s airfields are included along with notes of where German bombs were dropped and the aircraft that were lost. I’ve also included some other local aviation history that I thought might be interesting.
Tippermuir Books Ltd - Where Sky and Summit Meet (sold out, available as PDF - £1)
https://tippermuirbooks.co.uk/product/where-sky-and-summit-meet-flight-over-perthshire/
Where Sky and Summit Meet is the story of flight in Perthshire, from the rickety prototypes of the early aeronautical pioneers to the high-tech marvels of the present day. Its cast of idealists and visionaries includes David Kay of Blackford, who designed and built the Kay Gyroplane in the 1930s, and the unsung hero Preston Watson, who arguably predated the Wright Brothers in flying the world’s first successful aeroplane. The book’s sections on Perthshire in the Second World War, conjures a time when the county was home to several RAF airfields and the skies were crowded with military planes and martial activity. Where Sky and Summit Meet is a fascinating account of pilots, airfields, aeronautical feats, and war. A must-read for anyone interested in either Scottish or military history.

In the distant future, whispers of a forgotten comet fill the cosmos—a celestial body believed to hold the key to humanity’s fate. As a ghostly apparition appears before Rab, it reveals a hidden past—a warning of what’s to come. With the weight of the world on his shoulders, Rab sets out on a journey across the stars, venturing into the unknown.
Rab’s journey is fraught with the peril of losing himself entirely, of falling into the abyss that has opened up within his mind. Yet, as he stands on this precipice, there is a glimmer of something more—a possibility that his unravelling could lead to a deeper understanding, a higher truth that transcends the madness. Will Rab find the strength to confront the darkness and emerge with his sanity intact, or if he will be consumed by the void that threatens to swallow him whole?
As Rab approaches the comet, cosmic forces challenge his every step, but he presses on, driven by a promise to save my world. The truth he uncovers is more meaningless than he could have ever imagined—a secret that perhaps changes everything.
Rab Abel's struggle is not just against the external forces that seek to overwhelm him, but against the internal chaos that mirrors the world's instability. His journey is a test of will, of faith in his own perception, and of the thin thread of hope that he might still find his way back to solid ground—or perhaps, forward into a new, uncharted reality.
Now, the final choice lies in Rab’s hands. The fate of humanity rests on the decision he makes on return from the edge of the universe. This is Rab’s story, the story of how he (maybe) became the saviour of the world.
When I say that my book is very, very weird, it truly is. Have a look at the images below and you will see what I mean. Most of these images were used in the book to try and explain, visualise what was going on. Before, because it is so weird, no-one understood what I was writing about and could not figure it out.
You have to wonder what sort of book this if you look at these images, a - what is this all about then thought is in your head. Who wrote a book that needs these images to explain what is going on? As I said it is WEIRD!
The images are all Artificial Intelligence produced, using DALL-E, Image Generator Pro and Image Generator. A section of text was analysed by the AI and this is what it came up with. This was to complement the AI text I used at the start of each chapter only to summarise my writing. I did not use AI to write this book, but only to help explain what was going on. The story was written by a human, yes me, but I do wonder about myself sometimes.
